By downloading, installing, or using Artizan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Artizan is an AI-powered art market intelligence platform that provides artist discovery, artwork inventory management, auction data, AI-driven price estimation, and market analysis tools. Feature availability may vary and is subject to change at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Promptly update your information if it changes.
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Artizan may offer subscription-based access to premium features. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are presented at the time of purchase. Payments are processed via Stripe (web) or through the Apple App Store / Google Play Store (mobile). Refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable payment platform. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to subscribers.

5. Intellectual Property

Artizan, including its code, design, features, and AI-generated content, is owned by Multiversal Ventures or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any artwork images and content you create or upload using the Service. By using Artizan, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use anonymized and aggregated data derived from your usage to improve the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Artizan uses artificial intelligence to provide artwork analysis, price estimates, and market insights. These outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or professional advice. AI predictions and estimates may be inaccurate. You should not rely solely on AI-generated information when making purchasing, selling, or investment decisions. We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service except as permitted by law.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Use the Service for illegal purposes or to infringe on others' rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission.
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service's operation.

8. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to Artizan, including artwork images and inventory data. You represent that you have the right to upload such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Artizan at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Artizan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Multiversal Ventures and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Artizan, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Multiversal Ventures from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Artizan shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of Artizan after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
